Horrible whisky from home, after work
Us copywriters started a new "friday pm drink" tradition. I started things off with this piece of crap-o-rama. This bottle was an old one, but still. It was detestable. Like melted rubber mixed with cow-boy sweat. Yikes. I've really gotten used to the good stuff!
Andréanne traded this here banana for a drop of fire water. I was the obvious winner in this trade.
Then Véro's cursor turned into a coffe cup. That was weird. I blame the bad whisky.
Gimlet at home
Perfect to forget that poker-style whisky.
Meat balls and tzatziki
Pretzels
Brumont Gros Manseng-Sauvignon
Refreshing and full of flowery goodness. Yum.
I don't think I'll eat anything else, so that's it for today.
I also had a grocery delivery that should tide me over until Christmas break - $145 with tip

Veal roast with pineapple sauce, mashed potatoes, green beans, carrots, salad with pecans and olives, datte square, orange juice - $6 from the bistro
This was one of the most delicious veal roasts I've ever had. Who knew pineapple could be turned into such a delicious, savory sauce! That salad was also a great idea, the freshness of the dressing was amazing with the nuts and briny olives.
