For dinner, I went to an event called "Alsace au menu" at Apollo restaurant. It was fantastic! We tasted many Alsacian wines and ate the wonderful food from Giovanni Apollo's kitchen. If you read French, I did a long post about it. Here's the short version:
Crémant d'Alsace Calixte Rosé

Crémant d'Alsace
Shrimp with curry and green lemon, thaï vegetables with kefir, soy and lemon
Veal in coconut milk and cardamome, citrus salad
Chicken stuffed with thaï curry, pressed jasmine rice, satay sauce
And for dessert, roasted pineapple cube with chinese tea and vanilla, litchee and lotus donuts, mandarin cream, coconunt cake with lime and pepper ice cream
