For dinner, I made a rice salad with leftover sushi rice, basil and veggies, dressed with sesame oil and rice vinegar.

I also made sweet potato and shrimp tempura.

I was chatting with Jonathan at Tuesday's Biron event and he told me that my brand of popcorn of choice has a boatload of saturated fat in each bag. I checked. And of course, he was right. Time to shop for a new air popper. Goodbye, Orville.

I met the lovely Lindsay for a delicious brunch at Griffintown café. She even treated me!
